Since my childhood, I have always gathered inspiration from Mr. Padam Kapoor' I feel privileged to be working under his guidance today. He has nurtured Aspiration International and converted it into a brand which is popular in international market and which provides shelter to many of the artisans. Aspiration believes in long term relationships and at present we have around approximately forty small producer groups who have been associated with Aspiration. We encourage the craftsman to cultivate their skills and to come up with innovative designs.

After joining Aspiration I have emphasized on the values which we have inherited from our CEO, and which make us unique. Child education, Passion for excellence, uplifting the economic standard of the underprivileged, respect and concern for others, equal opportunities, social responsibility, innovation and last but not the least all of these is exceeding expectations.

I would like to gain attention of all like-minded groups who would like to join hands with Aspiration and support us in making this world a better place for everyone.
